Hilary Duff must still be in a New York state of mind after filming all those episodes of Gossip Girl, as we spotted her on the trendy Robertson Blvd in Hollywood today.
Hilary was all bundled up for a December blizzard in a heavy scarf and jacket. Only problem is, it’s sunny and 70 here in LA!
We know, it’s called fashion.
Hilary returned to her car only to find a little welcome home present from the Los Angeles parking authority. A ticket!
Woops! Must have got too used to the public transit while in NYC as well.
