Lifes a Beach for David Duchovny

Looks like David Duchovny has been able to put all his troubles behind him and make things work for the fam.

The once rehabbed sex addict has been spending some time with his wife, Tea Leoni and kids at Malibu Beach.

Good to see he’s been able to keep it in his pants!

Duchovny and Wife Give Er’ Another Go.

Californication start and recovering sex addict David Duchovny and separated wife Tea Leoni have decided to give the whole relationship thing another try.

After an accusation of an affair with the tennis instructor, and an addiction to sex that required a trip to rehab, the pair decided to split.  Now after some time apart, they have reportedly decided to give it another try, for the kids.

A source has reported of the couple, “David and Téa were holding hands on the beach. Everyone seemed very happy, and she looked fantastic!”

David Duchovny Most Shocking of 2008!

David Duchovny has made it to the number on spot on a list that most wouldn’t want to be atop of.

Duchovny’s admission to sex addiction and stint in rehab was number one on the Parade Magazine’s  “most shocking scandal” of 2008 list.

David beat out the OJ Simpson memorabilia heist thats got him locked up for the next 15, and the accusations that Batman star Christian Bale struck his mother and sister while in London promoting The Dark Knight.

Just when you start to forget…

David Duchovny Drops Suit Over Dropped Drawers.

A few months ago David Duchovny hit the UK’s Daily Mail with a $1 million dollar lawsuit when they accused him of ruining his marriage to Tea Leoni because of an affair with his tennis instructor.

Now David has dropped the defamation and invasion of privacy suit, with prejudice, meaning that it can not be brought back to the courts at a later date.

Perhaps since Duchovny and Leoni have appeared to work out their problems they wanted to put all of the negativity behind them, or perhaps the Daily Mail showed David some proof that backed him into a corner and made him drop the suit.

Hmmm?

Doing it for the Kids?

Reports are swirling that David Duchovny has patched things up with his wife, Tea Leoni, with whom he was to divorce over some cheating claims.

Duchovny and Leoni were spotted taking their children tick-or-treating in NYC this past weekend and appeared to be back in business as they were holding hands.

This is good! For the kids most importantly.

Tennis Pro Now Denies She Californicated With David Duchovny.

First it was like a non denial- denial leading us to believe they did have relations, but once her name got out there apparently David Duchovny’s lawyer must have told her to retract her story.

David Duchovny’s tennis instructor is now denying that the two ever had sexual relations telling E! News on Monday; “We played tennis, and we were playing partners and friends.”

Yeah and Madonna and A-Rod are only friends because of Kabbalah for the past year.

This lady just bought herself a ticket on the bumpy divorce train.

Was Duchovny the Adulterer?

First the claims were that David Duchovny’s wife was the cheater and cause of their separation, but after denials that she had an affair with her co-star Billy Bob Thorton, new reports are claiming  that it might have been David sleepin’ around.

Duchovny’s tennis instructor has stepped forward and bought herself into the mix.  Why exactly i’m not sure, considering she would not say she had an affair with the actor.

Edit Parkay,  has came out and said she’s been close to Duchovny for some time now, saying; “We have a very, very close friendship, he is in great shape. He is a wonderful man. He’s very intelligent, very kind and good man.”

Then when asked if the two were romantically linked, Parkay said, “I don’t want to say anything that might hurt David. I am not going to deny it. I don’t know what our relationship means to him.“

Duchovny’s lawyer has stated there is absolutly no truth to these claims and that Parkay had admitted to him before the two had never been sexually involved.

I’m surprised the end of the tennis lady’s quotes didn’t say “For tennis lessons, please call 555-392-2292,” because really, what sex addict is going to sleep with his hot young tennis coach who he has to watch prance around in a short skirt all day…

Splitz-ville for Duchovny and Leoni.

Fresh out of rehab for a sex addiction, David Duchovny is going to have to wait a little bit longer before getting some.

The X files and Californication star is reportedly splitting up with his wife of 11 years, Tea Leoni

In a statement released by the reps of the couple, it has been learned that;

“In light of continuous speculation over the lives and marriage of Tea Leoni and David Duchovny, the couple has confirmed that they have in fact been separated for several months. The couple had hoped to keep this separation private for the sake of their children.”

Kinda hard to keep a separation away from your children don’t ya think?

Apparently it’s Leoni who couldn’t keep her pants on either!  Unconfirmed reports are surfacing that she’s the one who did the cheating.   Let’s hope that’s not the case!

Sprung!

David Duchovny has reportedly been released from rehab.  The X files star was spotted out this weekend for the first time since seeking treatment for sex addiction for the past month.

David gets out just when his new show, Californication is kicking off this season.  Hopefully he stays away from the actual californication for a while.

Duchovny is Heard to be “Doing Well”

It’s been nearly a month since Californication actor David Duchovny entered a rehab facility because all he wanted to do was Californicate.

The recovering sex-addict is still at a treatment facility, but according to one of his co-stars is “doing really well.”

Evan Handler told Us Weekly at their launch party for the Sex in the City DVD in New York City; “The most I can say is that I hope he’s doing really well — and I heard he is doing really well,”

Showtime’s Californication will premiere next week and then Duchovny has signed on to do a movie along side Demi Moore titled The Joneses.
