Lindsay stays out of Emmy race, Spears in it to win it.

Lindsay Lohan has decided that her 12 second guest spot on the finale of Ugly Betty isn’t worthy of an Emmy.

Like Grey’s Anatomy’s Katherine Heigel, Lohan will stay out of the race for the award for best guest star on a comedy.

Britney Spears will however remain in the running and is almost a sure shot for a victory as her two appearances on How I Met Your Mother received a lot of viewers and were highly praised.

It’s a good thing Linds didn’t think she deserved one, because she’d be way off.
