No I’m not talkin about an *Nsync reunion, but I am talkin about sparkin up an old flame. Justin Timberlake might be recording a duet with Britney Spears for her upcoming cd.
The pair dated back in the old days, but since their split have kept their distances from one another. Madonna, who had JT on board for her new cd, and is trying to help revive the career of the once hot Spears, wanted to bring the two together for her tour, but ended up just getting the video performance from Britney.
Others must have had the same idea because OK! is reporting that Justin is confirmed to do a duet with his ex for her album that is due out this winter.
No real conformation has came from JT or Brit’s camps, but Britney’s people did have this to say:
“[Britney] is spending her summer in the recording studio, working on a brand new album. She’s working with a team of top-notch producers and songwriters and we’re very excited about what she’s accomplished so far.”
Pretty much… I’ll believe it when I hear it.
