Hugh Hefner sent out his 2008 holiday card which featured a topless and painted version of his new twin girlfriends, Karissa and Kristina Shannon.

The 82-year-old picked up these 19-year-old twins just minutes after his original three girls next door moved on and out of the mansion.

Twin TEENAGERS dating the same 82-year-old man… Their parents must be SO proud.

Every time i hear about these two I get them mixed up with the Ikki twins from that new shot at love show on MTV.  Twin whores are all so much alike!

p.s. This is the most pathetic, un-holiday christmas card I’ve ever seen.
