The man being held without bail for the murders of the mother, sister, and nephew of singer Jenifer Hudson entered a plea of not guilty in a Cook County Criminal Court in Chicago this morning.
William Balfour was arrested last month on the charges of murder and home invasion and will be back in court for trial on January 27th.
