Paris Hilton‘s little brother, Barron, has been sued by a gas station attendant that claims the young Hilton struck him with his car just moments before being pulled over and arrested for DUI last year in Malibu.
The attendant is suing Hilton for injuries sustained and damages for the incident that happened at a 76 station right off the Pacific Coast Highway. In a breathalizer test given on the scene, Hilton blew nearly twice the legal limit.
Hilton pleaded no contest to the DUI charge and was sentenced to three years’ probation, with a one year driving suspension.
