Miley has been trying to convince her parents that she’s old and mature enough to share an apartment with her BFF Mandy Jeroux, but Billy-Ray and Trish are laying down the law and sayin’ no way!
A souce told the National Enquirer; “Miley’s parents feel, that if anything, she has already got more freedom than is good for her.”
It’s gonna be a looong two years for Miley if she has moving out on the brain the entire time.
