Lauren Conrad is saying goodbye to a long run on MTV following the upcoming season of The Hills, the seires’ 5th.
Lauren tells the latest issue of Seventeen mag, “My biggest thing with the show was that I wanted to walk away from it while it’s still a great thing. I always want to remember it that way. I gave MTV a deadline and said, ‘This is as long as I can do it and stay sane.”
Lauren got her reality start on MTV’s Laguna Beach when she was a senior in high school. Laguna’s second season featured Lauren’s attempt at fashion school in San Fransisco before she dropped out and moved home to eventually end up in Los Angeles.
2 seasons of LB and 5 of The Hills adds up to a good 5 years of getting her life taped, and a small fortune to go with it!
