Jealous that Oprah invited first lady Michelle Obama to join her on the cover of O Magazine, Ellen Degeneres launched a campaign to get herself on the cover of O as well.
Ellen posted tweets on her twitter, talked about it on late night, and even photoshopped some mock covers of herself on O’s mag.
It worked!!
Oprah joined Ellen via Sattelite on her show yesterday and invited her to join her on the cover of an upcoming issue.
She said, “I have to tell you when I first heard it about this … I thought it was such a fantastic idea. I was only sorry that I did not think of it myself. So I am calling to officially invite you on the cover of O.”
Oprah even told Ellen she might join her in wearing a pair of pants!
