Madonna will be back in Malawi on May 4th to appeal the judges decision to reject her adoption of a little orphan girl named Mercy.
Last month, the decision was made to not let Madonna take young Mercy back to the US with her over some technicality issues.
Madonna has been planning her appeal ever since.
Why would a judge ever prevent a child with horrible living situation the right of moving into a wealthy stable environment?
