Actress Hilary Duff has been named an Ambassador to the Youth by the city of Bogota in Colombia.
Hil will visit the city in August where she will be honored by the residents, for her efforts with Blessings in a Backpack.
She recently turned down the NBC series Barely Legal, but she picked up a stint on Gossip Girl. Fair trade I’d say.
