Starzlife spotted Hollywood tattoo queen Kat Von D EXCLUSIVELY shopping at an American Apparel this week, but what’s with Kat’s new look!?
Kat ditched the traditional Black/Blonde hair and gothic rock garb for some reddish brown hair and an outfit that looks like it was probably at Woodstock in 1969.
Is the new Kat a full blown hippie? Or was this just a dress down day when the cameras weren’t rollin.
