Former Desperate Housewives actress Nicolette Sheridan was rushed to an LA hospital recently after a friend found her bleeding and bruised near her California home.

Seems Nic was bucked from her horse (remember Paris Hilton on The Simple Life) and happened to also not be wearing a helmet.
She was treated for minor injuries before being allowed to return to her home in the San Fernando Valley.
