Brooke Mueller is reportedly back in rehab.
According to multiple sources, Brooked checked into the Canyon rehab facility in Malibu this past Tuesday.
There have been numerous reports as to what for, but nothing has been confirmed yet. She was reportedly also seen out partying with Charlie Sheen the night before checking in.
