Heidi Montag was spotted leaving a Santa Monica court house this morning after filing for legal separation from husband Spencer Pratt.
Heidi filed herself, and the reports are unsure if she’s gotten a lawyer, but it is confirmed she did not file for a divorce.
Separation just means that any earnings that she receives after the date on the separation, June 8, belong to her 100%.
Another publicity stunt, or is she really trying to protect her assets?
These two would probably get divorced and re-married to other people if it meant publicity and a television show for them, so who knows what to think?
