Beating out Ke$ha’s ‘Tik Tok’, California Girls has gained the most plays in one week, at 11,816 plays. The highest amount in the 17 year history of the Billboard chart’s weekly airplay list.
Expect that number to rise a bit as the summer continues!
But the question I have is… Do people in other cities far away from California like to listen to a song about California girls?
