If she were smart, she’d have done it already, but remember who we are talking about here.
Smarts and this situation would have been avoided in the first place!
Lindsay Lohan will not be checking into jail early, a move that would a) get her sentence overwith quicker, and b) avoid a media circus by doing it in the middle of the night.
With 4 days left, sources are claiming that Lindsay will “wait to the last minute possible” simply because she “has no desire at all to go to jail early.”
We think she should have went last week, the day of the hearing, however if it’s only down to four days, might as well spend them free on the outside with family and friends.
Don’t be surprised if she leaves after midnight Tuesday morning rather than waiting until 8:30am.
Although, we wouldn’t put it past her to show up right at 8:29am hoping that Judge Marsha Revel had a change of heart at 8:28…
