Inception has taken the weekend box office, beating out Despicable Me and The Sorcerer’s Apprentice.
The new film, directed by Christopher Nolan, brought in 60 million in it’s initial weekend, nearly doubling the second place contender.
Despicable Me made 32 million in it’s second weekend. with The Sorcerer’s Apprentice, bringing in a disappointing 17 million.
60 million is the biggest opening ever for Leonardo DiCaprio.
