It’s getting down to last minute tactics for Lindsay Lohan! In less than 24 hours she will be required to surrender herself to the court and begin her 90 day jail sentence, which will likely be shortened to 22 total.
She hired her new attorney Robert Shapiro with hopes of staying out of jail, but unfortunately one of his biggest stipulations for representing her was that she serve the time.
Lindsay checked into a sober living facility in West Hollywood last week, for a little pre-jail rehab sesh that she hoped would maybe influence the judge to have a change of heart, but according to multiple sources, Judge Marsha Revel is going to be sticking to her guns.
It’s all set to go down at 8:30 AM tomorrow.
