Seventeen year old Miley Cyrus had her first run in with the law yesterday according to reports.
Miley was reportedly chatting on her cell phone and driving, a big no-no in California when she was stopped by an officer in The Valley.
No word on whether or not she was actually given a citation, though we would hope she was treated like the rest of us and given a fine.
Oprah would not be very impressed, Miley!
