Dosomething.org has named Lady Gaga their number one charitable celeb of 2010!
Gaga beat out Alicia Keys, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, and Taylor Swift among others for her generous efforts against such causes as the repeal of DADT, the fight against HIV/AIDS and marriage equality.
