Just when things were looking way up for Lindsay Lohan, the news came down from from authorities that Lindsay Lohan did commit battery against a Betty Ford staffer.
According to a press release by the Palm Desert Police Department on Monday: “The investigation determined Ms. Lohan violated several aspects of her probation, including the battery [charge],” adding that they plan to alert Lohan’s probation officer.
A violation of her probation could be the thing that sends her back to jail, and as she has just been released from a 90 day stint at Betty Ford, Lindsay thought she would be in the clear with a fresh start, per her New Years Tweet.
