Billy Ray has faced a lot of music with his comments over his separation from his wife, Tish Cyrus, and his comments about Disney and the direction of his daughter’s career, but in the end he’s mending all of his fences for the sake of his daughter.
Cyrus recently reconciled with his wife, bringing the family back together, and Miley Cyrus has expressed her happiness of the family’s coming together by saying it allowed her to consciously schedule her upcoming tour.
In a new interview with Parade Magazine, Cyrus admits that “fame can be dangerous,” however in the end he just wants Miley, and the rest of his kids to be happy.
“My wish for [Miley] is to be happy. To love what she’s doing… As long as she’s happy and loving making music–and I know she loves acting–that’s all that matters. I pray the same for Miley as I pray for my other kids–that they live their life with purpose knowing that it’s about giving back and finding out what you can do in this world to hopefully make it a better place.”
