Lindsay Lohan has been granted a restraining order against a man whom she claims has been stalking her, and trespassing on her property.
Lohan posted a photo of the man taken via surveillance footage to her twitter page last week with the caption:
“This is the freemason stalker that has been threatening to kill me – while he is TRESPASSING! im actually scared now.
“The blood in the ‘cults’ book was too much – all my fans, my supporters, please stand by me.”
A temporary restraining order was issued against the man, named David Cocordan on Thursday afternoon.
According to Lohan’s declaration, Cocordan has come to her home at least three times in the last month and followed her to her public appearances. He has also sent her more than a hundred text messages and made harassing phone calls to the actress.
The man has been ordered to stay away from Lohan and to stop attempting to communicate with her.
