You’ve heard Kim Kardashian’s statement regarding the filing to her divorce from Kris Humphries, and now it’s time to look at a statement from Humphries himself.
Humphries explained, “I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce,” adding, “I’m committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents,” he says in the statement, “and I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make it work.”
Sounds like there may be more to the issues as we expected, but is Kris trying to make Kim look like the bad guy here?
A source has told blogger Perez Hilton that Kim was completely blindsided by Humphries’ statement.
The source told Hilton exclusively that Kim and Kris had planned to make a joint statement on an amicable split, and Kardashian was caught off guard. The source claims, “pulling the “religion card” now is just his way of “fighting dirty,” adding that that Kris “begs to be in Hollywood,” and that he’s “a fame whore [who] wanted to do the show and wedding special.”
With Kim’s statement we thought things would be amicable. With Kris’ statement, there seems to be an ounce of hope for the marriage, but with these new developments, it looks like things could get down and dirty!
