Kim Kardashian may make a lot of money for reasons some of you can’t imagine, but some of it is being put to good use!
Sure, you might argue that she may be doing it for press and popularity, however in the end it doesn’t matter, because it’s going to great causes.
Kardashian is donating $50,000 to The Trevor Project, a suicide prevention organization for troubled lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender teens.
Kim raised the money last month by manning the phones at at a 9/11 fundraiser last year.
In a post on her blog she writes, “The firm lost more than 600 employees in the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center in 2001 and on the 10th anniversary of the attacks, they donated all revenues from their trades to charities around the world. I was honored to take part!”
The Trevor Project has a pretty big celebrity backing, which includes Daniel Radcliffe, Kathy Griffin, and Adam Lambert.
