One special lady got the best Valentines day present a girl could ask for, a day with Justin Bieber.
After learning about six-year-old Avalanna Routh, who suffers from a rare form of incurable brain cancer through a Facebook campaign, Justin Bieber arranged to have Routh and her family fly to New York City and spend the day with him.
The Bieber super fan, who dubs herself MrsBieber, got to spend two hours with the star in his hotel room and eat cupcakes and play games.
In a series of posts on his Twitter.com page, JB writes, “Hangin out with a special little girl. MrsBieber… That was one of the best things i have ever done. she was AWESOME! Feeling really inspired now!”
