It seems like one of the easiest divorces in Hollywood history.
Russell Brand has reportedly surrendered the interest in the 6.5 million dollar home he purchased with Katy Perry during their marriage over to the singer as part of the property settlement.
Katy will receive all of the rights to the home, allowing her to keep the home, or sell it and keep all of the profits.
All part of the former couple severing all ties from one another.
