Rihannna is set to make her big screen debut with ‘Battleship’ this summer, and it looks as if her performance has caught the attention of some movie insiders.
According to reports out of the UK, Rihanna has landed a villainous role in the next The Fast And The Furious movie.
The singer/actress will play a femme fatale alongside regulars Paul Walker and Vin Diesel, and will film her part in London, according to Britain’s The Sun.
A source close to the production tells the newspaper, “Rihanna impressed with her acting debut in Battleship. Writers think she’ll be perfect for the role. Her character has plenty of bite and doesn’t take any prisoners – just like her in real life.”
“It’s a step up the ladder for her and could lead to bigger action roles.”
