It only took eight years and about eighteen million dollars, but Eddie Murphy has sold his New Jersey mansion.
Murphy purchased the mansion back in 1985, and put it on the market in 2004 with an asking price of $30 million.
In order to sell the eight bedroom home with an indoor pool, bowling alley, and movie theater, Murphy was forced to drop the asking price to $12 million, according to reports.
