Lawyers representing Britney Spears’ conservatorship have filed an urgent request in an LA court asking the judge to seal certain records in her ongoing legal case.
The move was reportedly part of the process to gradually transfer control of the estate back to Spears, who has gotten very positive reviews over the past couple of years.
Her fiance, Jason Trawick was made a co-conservator back in April.
This past Thursday, the case was back in court where the news emerged that the reps had moved to block particular documents, deemed “highly sensitive”, from public view. The reps alleg that information within the files could cause “irreparable harm and immediate danger” to Britney if not sealed.
Specific information about the documents was not revealed, but a report on TMZ claims they deal with a medical condition that Britney suffers from that is said to effect her state of mind.
