Dr. Conrad Murray Sentenced to 4 Years in Prison

Dr. Conrad Murray received his sentence this morning, and will spend the maximum four years in prison over his conviction of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson. Murray must also pay an $800 restitution fine, in addition to other court fees. The prosecution also asked the judge to require Murray to pay all three of Michael Jackson’s children $100 million in restitution for the loss of their dad. Conrad Murray Verdict: GUILTY!

Dr. Conrad Murry has been found guilty in the death of Michael Jackson. A jury of 12 found the Dr. guilty of involuntary manslaughter, and sentencing is set for November 29, 2011. Murry was reprimanded by the court and taken into custody immediately where he will stay until sentencing. Many believe he will get a max of four years, with a lesser sentence more likely.
