Not that it was a secret or surprise, but Tori Spelling gave birth to a baby girl yesterday afternoon. Tori, Dean, and lil’ Liam welcomed Stella Doreen McDermott to their family yesterday in Los Angeles via C-Section.
Spelling also used the same doctor who will deliver the Jolie-Pitt twins that are due to arrive any day now.
Now that the Spelling-McDermott’s are “Home Sweet Hollywood,” we can expect to see little Stella as soon as possible.
All she has to do now is drop that baby weight in time to start filming 90210! (which begins this week)
