Britney Announces Next Single, Parents Get Pissed.

Apparently all of the boys and all of the girls except for their parents are begging to if you seek amy!

Britney Spears anounced via her Britney’s bitches on her official website yesterday that If You Seek Amy would be the third single off of her latest (platinum) album, Circus.

This is great news for Britney fans as the song seems to be one of everyones faves off the album, and the video would have to be killer!  But unfortch some Britney fans are still youngsters and the secret meaning behind the song has their parents steaming mad!

I’m sure you know it by now but if not here’s a crash course.  ‘If-You-Seek-Amy” translates to “eff-you-see-kay-me” in a fast singing motion.

So while singing “all of the boys and all of the girls are begging to if you seek amy” doesn’t really make sense, the other does.

A parents group in Austrailia is speaking up over this ‘outrage’ and one mom has said the following,

“I was astonished and totally taken aback when I heard my five and seven year old kids walking around the house singing, ‘F-*-*-K. When I asked them what it was, they told me it was Britney Spears. I was horrified.

“I got them the Circus album because little kids are Britney fans, but there was no warning on the album and none of the songs listed had F-*-*-K in the title.

“Listening to it, it is extremely blatant and offensive. I feel I have been deceived into believing that this was acceptable content for children but instead it is objectionable.”

Maybe it’s just me, but I’ve been under the impression Britney Spears wasn’t suitable for young children for the past TEN years!

Hopefully Brit would get one of the shirts that we have and she would learn how to be tamed.

The controversial Britney is at it again. But then try to look at it differently, people react because they see some underlying messages however, these may not actually be there… Songs are always for people’s interpretation.
