Alexis Neiers’ Mom Comes to Her Defense Over Latest Arrest

Alexis Neiers, of E!’s Pretty Wild  was arrested yesterday after a visit from probation offers found her in possession of a fake ID and black tar heroin.

This is the mugshot from yesterday’s arrest, but her mother is claiming it’s all a misunderstanding!

She tells (coincidentally) E! online:

“She was not arrested or being charged with possession as far as I know. She did not check into her probation meeting last month and there was some confusion over her address because she had two addresses listed for the location where she was living. They tried to reach her, she did not respond. I am just disappointed because we don’t need to go through this ridiculousness again.”

So maybe it’s true… They had the wrong address, and she did not respond.  But how do you explain them finding a fake and hard drugs on her when they did find her?  Someone elses?

Good luck with the judge!

Can we please shut Alexis’s mom up. Of course she knew about her drug use, She requested the dirty to take down pictures of her darling daughter doing these drugs with Tess earlier on in the year. It is black tar heroine. You dont get of the stuff in one day. She is an addict. Instead of hiding your daughter’s problem. Get her help. As you know you can go on celebrity rehab and still get your fifteen minutes of fame and your daughter will be one more step closer to reality.

It was felony probation you moron, she was very carefully told about keeping her address current and that it would be checked. She did not respond to a lot more than one attempt to contact her.

She was formally charged with possession of heroin and a fake ID so you obviously did not care enough to look at the charge sheet or talk with the police. Her probation was formally revoked by a judge who also had that charge sheet in front of him when he ruled so again, where were you?

Your daughter is a drug user and has failed to meet the requirements of probation, as her parent you should have cared enough to know what her responsibilities were and to involve yourself in helping her meet those requirements.

Your a liar and a really bad parent, her problems lay at your feet for the way you raised her and your disgrace is absolute!
