Lawyers for Britney Spears are trying to stop her from having to testify in court claiming that she’s not legally competent to do so.
Brand Sense is suing Spears for 10 Million dollars saying that the singer tried to cut them out of a big project with Elizabeth Arden, even though she had already signed a deal wit them.
They are trying to get a deposition out of Britney, but so far her lawyers have been able to block it claiming that she can not be forced to do so while under a conservatorship unless her conservator signs off on it.
Brand Sense as most recently asked the judge in the perfume case to demand that Ms. Spears sit for the deposition.
