The former couple was spotted sharing an embrace at a Taylor Swift concert in LA recently, when Swift stepped off stage to hug her former fling.
Adding to the speculation that the two are rekindling their romance, Lautner has not been seen with his rumored girlfriend, Lilly Collins, since April.
