Starzlife spotted Nicole Richie and Jennifer Meyer out together for lunch yesterday afternoon.

Meyer is the wife of Tobey Maguire, and we have also seen her doing lunch with Courtney Cox before.

Nicole and Jen look like they may have picked up their sunglasses from the same truck stop!
