The couple, who has two children together have been dating since 2006, and McConaughey finally popped the question over the Holiday weekend. He wrote to his twitter followers with the accompanying photo, “Just asked camila to marry me, #MerryChristmas.” Congrats!

Britney Spears and Jason Trawick have gotten engaged according to multiple reports! A source told Us Weekly that Trawick proposed on Thursday night when the couple was celebrating his 40th birthday. The source claims “this is something they have both wanted for a long time.” Spears may have even confirmed via her Twitter page on Friday morning, writing, “OMG. Last night Jason surprised me with the one gift I’ve been waiting for. Can’t wait to show you! SO SO SO excited!!!!” Congrats!!

Kim Kardashian has finally released a statement regarding her divorce from Kris Humphries. Kim explains, “After careful consideration, I have decided to end my marriage. I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision. I had hoped this marriage was forever, but sometimes things don’t work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best.“ Kim filed for divorce on Monday morning after just 72 days of marriage.
