Zac Efron is out at reprising Kevin Bacon’s role in the Footloose remake, so that he can peruse a more serious role, but Gossip Girl resident dramanaut Chace Crawford is jumping at the chance to show his lighter side.
It’s being reported that Crawford screen tested for the role this weekend, and apparently he did a pretty good job with the song and dance!
He definitely has that Efron-ish look to him, though for some reason he seems like he’d look like a monster standing next to him.
