The Worlds first super model Janice Dickinson stops by Beverly Hill’s plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan’s office for a quick botox touch up before heading to Costa Rica for the shooting of “I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.”
The show features ten celebs being dumped in the jungles of Costa Rica to see if they survive. This season begins June 1st and features celebs Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag, Torri Wilson, Sanjaya Malakar, John Salley, and Stephen Baldwin along with Dickinson.
Janice and the gang will all be heading off to Costa Rica tonight to prep for the show, and a joking Janice tells StarzLife EXCLUSIVELY in an interview that she’s more afraid of Spencer Pratt than any jungle bugs.
