The media are once again spreading ridiculous lies about beautiful MJ.
Those are photographs that were submitted to court when Michael was bitten by a spider (brown recluse spider to be exact). The judge requested proof of his claim, so these were taken as ordered. Why on earth do you think anyone would have or allow their injection sites/wounds to be photographed, especially if you are as famous as MJ? But remember MJ was not a druggie is the sense that people assume (shooting up heroin etc). He became addicted to pain medication after being genuinely prescribed them. He didn’t willingly start taking them because he was bored one day. His problem was he was not able to quit and the people around him didn’t seem to want him to either.
