Adam Lambert had quite the comeback for a woman who offered an unsolicited critique of his American Music Awards performance, claims Radar Online.
Following his controversy-courting number, designer Shane Starlet said to Adam backstage, “Be gay, fine! But stop trying to defend it all the time, Adam. What you pulled tonight was disgraceful. You could have been huge but now you’re no different than a Jerry Springer low-life.” Instead of responding with, “Why thank you, you’re right, and I’ll try to work on it,” Adam opted for a punchier, “Shut up, b!tch!” So she ran to Radar and told on him. Shut up.
