D.C. is going to be one big party on January 20th. The same day Barack Obama is sworn in as President of the United States.
In addition to some of the other names you’ve read who are performing in town that night, Rihanna is the latest to be added to the list, headlining the Recording Industry Association of America’s charity ball to benefit Feeding America.
Also going to be in town that weekend is actor Will Smith and his family. Smith told reporters at the premiere for his latest film, 7 Pounds, that they’d go there and do a bunch of crying and cheering.
If I lived in D.C. that weekend, I’d be going on vacation, it’s sure to be a traffic nightmare!
