Forbes, the magazine dedicated to ranking people by wealth, has published its list of the ten highest-paid comedians.
Seinfeld’s #1. Fine. He’s the Coca-Cola of comics, let him add to his nine-figure net worth. Chris Rock came in second.
THIS GUY WAS NUMBER THREE. THIS MAN MADE $30 MILLION LAST YEAR:
Dane Cook (yes, that post uses the same picture, but it’s a lot funnier when paired with a headline about his brother stealing his money) banked $20 million. So if you’re a Comedy Store comic and Dane has watched you do a late night set, you should know that your material is making someone money. It just ain’t you.
You can read the whole article here. It’s an anti-climax, however. Knowing that Jeff Dunham made $20 million from a dead terrorist puppet will dull you to the sting of hearing that Howie Mandel made $13 million.
