According to a report on TMZ, David Arquette was in a head on collision in West Hollywood this afternoon that has left him injured.
According to the Sheriffs department, Arquette was driving in West Hollywood when the car in front of him stopped suddenly, causing him to swerve left into oncoming traffic and causing the accident.
A source on the scene reported that Arquette was laying on the street, bloody, being tended to by paramedics.
