New Moon Footage to be Shown at MTV Awards.

Make sure not to miss the MTV Movie Awards on May 31!!! Reportedly Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner will be taking the stage at this years awards to exclusively premiere some footage from New Moon, a promo technique that they used at last years MTV movie awards to show a clip from the first Twilight film. They have finally announced the director choice for the third Twilight film, Eclipse. The first was directed by Catherine Hardwicke, and the second Chris Weitz, and due to the fast paced production schedule of putting out 2 and 3 within 7 months of eachother, Summit Ent. had to hire a third director for the third film. Producers of The Twilight Saga’s New Moon film are assuring fans that they have nothing to fear, and that the movie will move along as planned for a November release despite a copyright suit filed against the books author, Stephanie Meyer. After selling 5.6 million and counting in it’s first week, Twilight has taken over the spot of top home video dsale in 2009, overtaking Madagascar 2: Escape 2 Africa as the highest seller. Not surprising, as the film topped box offices week in and week out last November, and is the newest craze among people of all ages. Is there anyone who didn’t buy this DVD yet??

New Eclipse Director Revealed.

Thank You Jeezy, Drew Barrymore will not be directing the third film in The Twilight Saga. New Moon director Chris Weitz will be handing over the reigns to his brother and partner Paul. Chris Weitz will be busy in post production to have New Moon out by it’s November 20 release date while the third film is shooting. Eclipse is set for a June 10, 2010 release.

MTV news broke the story on the second Twilight film last evening, releasing the first logo for the film, along with it’s official full given title.
