Somehow, the 4th edition of the Fast & Furious series came in as the number one movie this weekend.
The film brought in $72 million dollars, which also happens to be the highest weekend opening for any film in 2009.
People were really interested in a bunch of washed up actors reprising the roles that made them famous? Oh yeah, that’s what most movies these days are anyways.
F&F will likely hold the top spot until the wrath of Hannah Montana is unleashed on the box office next weekend.
