Kat Von D opened her Wonderland Art Gallery in West Hollywood last night, and opened up about her new relationship with Jesse James.
Kat told reporters:
“Jesse is only my ninth boyfriend. I don’t hang out with anybody unless I am in love.”
Ninth? Is there a point where you just stop counting?
As for jumping right into a relationship with him after what he’s done to Sandra Bullock, Kat explains:
“I stayed away from that as much as possible, and when we connected recently, it was such a positive thing. It was just like, ‘Wow, I can’t believe I haven’t spent this much time with you the entire time I’ve known you.’ Now I’m just embracing it and enjoying it.”
While obviously we are Team Sandy, we have to defend Kat’s choice here. The guy did what he did, and there must have been some issues in that relationship, but the only way he can prove himself a changed person is to do it.
Him and Kat probably have more in common, I mean, she is basically just an attractive version of Michelle “Bombshell” McGee…
In fact, we wouldn’t be surprised if Jesse’s fling with McGee that ultimately lead to his divorce from Sandra was just the easiest way for him to fulfill his Kat Von D fantasy behind the scenes with the generic version of her…
